Job Summary

The Senior Manager of Power Origination for Data Centers is a critical leadership role responsible for developing and executing power supply strategies for NRG's current and prospective data center clients. This individual will drive the origination process from lead generation through contract execution, focusing on securing long-term, competitive, and sustainable power solutions for hyperscale and colocation data center operators. This role requires deep expertise in wholesale power markets, an extensive network within the data center and energy industries, and a proven track record of structuring complex, large-load transactions.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Origination and Business Development :

• Lead the development and implementation of the company's origination strategy for the data center sector, aligning with corporate growth, sustainability, and profitability targets.
• Proactively identify and cultivate new business opportunities by building and maintaining strong relationships with data center developers, operators, and key industry stakeholders.
• Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and professional networks to enhance market presence and brand recognition.
