The Essential Functions of this position are :

- Work collaboratively with Special Education Teachers
- Participate in intake process for new students
- Implement and / or oversee implementation of assessments
- Apply Behavior Analytic strategies to improve staff performance
- Participate in staff evaluation process
- Provide ongoing supervision as required by BACB for RBTs and / or BCaBAs
- Participate in provision of supervised field work for behavior analytic candidates as assigned
- Conduct FBAs
- Develop Behavior Intervention Plans
- Provide training and mentorship to classroom team
- Participate in IEP development meetings, PPTs, supervisor meetings, classroom meetings, and others as assigned
- In conjunction with SPED, review student graphs and programming and make modifications as necessary to promote student progress
- Observe programming to assess procedural integrity, student progress, and make recommendations
- Manage and assist with crisis emergency procedures
- Attend home and community visits as needed
- Model high levels of professionalism and confidentiality and ensure staff maintain professionalism and confidentiality
- Collaborate effectively with parents, related service providers, and Local Education Agencies (LEAs)
- Other duties as assigned
The minimum qualifications and requirements :
