Are you a detail-oriented professional with a knack for numbers and a passion for finance? Do you have a proven track record in financial accounting and budgeting? If so, we are looking for a Permanent Senior Accountant to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in our Accounting + Finance industry by providing accurate, timely, and relevant recording, reporting, and analysis of financial information.

Responsibilities :

As a Permanent Senior Accountant, your main duties will include :

1. Preparing and reviewing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in accordance with GAAP.

2. Conducting detailed budget analysis, forecasting, and financial planning.

3. Coordinating with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance with established controls and procedures.

4. Analyzing financial data and presenting financial reports in an accurate and timely manner; clearly communicating monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

5. Overseeing all accounts, ledgers, and reporting systems ensuring compliance with appropriate GAAP standards and regulatory requirements.

6. Monitoring and analyzing accounting data to produce financial reports or statements.

7. Establishing and enforcing proper accounting methods, policies, and principles.

8. Streamlining and improving financial systems and processes.

9. Assisting in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts, analyzing budget variances and providing financial advice to the management team.

Qualifications :

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you will need the following :

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. A Master's degree or CPA is highly desirable.

2. A minimum of 5 years of proven accounting / finance experience.

3. Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.

4. Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software (e.g. SAP).

5. Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).

6. Excellent analytical skills with an attention to detail.

7. Strong written and verbal communication skills.

8. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

9. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven business decisions.

10. High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.
