Security Infrastructure Team Lead

A company is looking for a Security Infrastructure Support Team Lead to provide technical leadership and oversight for enterprise cybersecurity operations.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead and mentor a technical team supporting security infrastructure operations, vulnerability remediation, and incident response

Manage projects, allocate resources, and provide technical guidance to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and SLAs

Coordinate with cross-functional teams, third-party vendors, and federal stakeholders to execute security initiatives effectively

Required Qualifications :

10+ years of IT experience, including 5+ years in security engineering and 5+ years in a lead or management role

Demonstrated expertise in managing hybrid IT infrastructures (on-premises and cloud)

Proficiency with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, O365, including security hardening and operational best practices

Experience managing SIEM platforms and monitoring enterprise environments

Strong knowledge of federal cybersecurity compliance frameworks (FISMA, NIST SP 800-53 / 800-92, OMB M-21-31, CDM)
