Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct thorough physical assessments and review medical histories to evaluate patients' conditions.
- Develop and customize treatment plans tailored to each patient's specific needs and objectives.

Qualifications
Master’s degree in Physical Therapy.Minimum of 1 year of experience in home health as a physical therapist.Current licensure to practice as a physical therapist in the state of operation, adhering to professional standards.Valid CPR certification required throughout employment in a clinical role.Must possess a valid driver's license and the ability to travel to various business locations.Salary : $105,000-$150,000 DOE
