ROLE DESCRIPTION :

Join Patrick Johnson State Farm as a Customer Account Representative and play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our agency. In this sales-focused position, you will build and nurture strong customer relationships while actively identifying opportunities to recommend and sell tailored insurance products and services that meet our clients needs. Your proactive approach will directly contribute to expanding our customer base and increasing agency revenue.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Provide information about insurance products and services.
  • Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

    • QUALIFICATIONS :

  • P&C and Life & Health License issued by the State of Alabama.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
