Compensation
Pay Range : $23.12-$34.00 per HR
Description
- Provide onsite support for laptops and desktops.
- Utilize system administration skills to manage devices.
- Handle customer interactions effectively.
- Focus on reducing defects and improving service quality.
- Work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Manage and refresh aged laptops.
- Meet service level agreements (SLAs) for ticket resolution.
Key Responsibilities
Assign and configure laptops for users.Manage software and hardware rollouts.Install, configure, and troubleshoot end-user workstations.Collaborate with multiple stakeholders.Respond to calls and emails regarding technical issues.Qualifications
Experience in IT Desktop Support.Strong communication skills for interaction with employees and contractors.Proven ability to meet SLAs for ticket resolution.Experience in a global, collaborative environment.Core Technologies
