At Greentree Manor , a family-owned long-term care facility nestled in Waterford, CT, we are seeking a compassionate and experienced RN Supervisor to help lead our nursing team and ensure the highest standard of resident care. $10,000 Sign-on Bonus

Position Summary :

The RN Supervisor is responsible for managing nursing staff, overseeing resident care, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting the Director of Nursing in coordinating all aspects of nursing services. This leadership role is pivotal in maintaining quality assurance and providing clinical guidance on every shift.

Key Responsibilities :

Administrative & Clinical Oversight

• Oversee day-to-day nursing functions in compliance with federal and state regulations.
• Supervise nursing personnel and ensure proper care, documentation, and staff assignments.
• Coordinate with physicians, residents, and families regarding care plans and treatments.
• Monitor medication passes, nursing interventions, and resident health status.
• Complete documentation, reports, and evaluations as required.
