Job Summary
Under limited supervision, utilizes advanced knowledge and skills to acquire and track documentation for account opening, review documentation to ensure compliance with regulations, and assist in special projects as needed by FICM Sales Management. The role involves a variety of tasks requiring decision-making, application of procedures, and effective communication with clients and internal teams.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Create, enhance, and maintain infrastructure supporting business operations within Fixed Income Capital Markets.
- Interpret and apply organizational policies and procedures.
- Implement systems for record-keeping and documentation.
- Coordinate preparation of analyses and reports for management.
- Establish objectives and develop processes for efficient workflow.
- Perform periodic and ad-hoc reporting on work progress and project completion.
- Interpret and recommend changes to policies and procedures.
- Balance resource and priority demands.
- Ensure effective coordination within and across work groups.
- Operate standard office equipment and software applications.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field with 3-5 years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Licenses / Certifications
SIE required, unless exempted.Paralegal certification preferred but not required.Series 24 required.Series 7 / 63 or equivalent licenses required.Education
Bachelor's in Accounting, Business Administration, or Finance.
Work Experience
3 to 6 years in relevant field.
Certifications
Securities Industry Essentials Exam (SIE) by FINRA.
Travel
Less than 25%.
