Our client, a successful financial services firm, is seeking a Client Services Scheduler to permanently join their team! The ideal candidate will possess exceptional interpersonal, active listening, and problem-solving skills, coupled with a passion for assisting others. About You : At least 1 year of experience in a customer-oriented role (experience in hospitality is encouraged!) Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent active listening and problem-solving abilities Exceptional attention to detail and multitasking skills Sound judgment and discretion when handling confidential and sensitive matters Ability to work one Saturday per month Day to Day : Connect with clients and assist in scheduling them for various classes, seminars, and services Act as a company expert to advise clients on different offerings Provide superior customer service to all members, treating each customer with respect, empathy, and a commitment to assistance Manage multiple calendars with frequently changing meetings Document notes from each client call to share cross-functionally with teams as needed Assist with various projects and support other team members as required This role presents an excellent opportunity for a candidate who is people-oriented and keen on making a difference within a reputable company.
