Shift Info : 8 : 00 AM 5 : 00 PM | 8-Hour Days

Weekend Requirements : None

On-Call Requirements : None

Sign-On Bonus : $6,000

Position Summary :

The Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) Home Health is responsible for providing in-home therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist. The PTA will carry out prescribed therapeutic exercises and modalities in accordance with the patient's individualized care plan, ensuring high-quality care in the comfort of the patient's home. The role includes a variety of documentation and coordination responsibilities and serves patients across all age groups, including infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics.

Key Responsibilities :

Administer physical therapy interventions as directed by the Physical Therapist.

Provide treatment using appropriate modalities and therapeutic exercises.

Accurately complete daily visit notes and discharge summaries.

Maintain and manage therapy equipment and documentation in a home setting.

Promote patient safety and independence in the home environment.

Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary care team.

Requirements :

Oklahoma State Licensure as a Physical Therapy Assistant Required

(Or valid Oklahoma Temporary Permit under direct supervision pending licensure)

BLS Certification Required
