Job Description
Project Leadership | Oversee full project lifecycle from concept through completion.
Client Engagement | Serve as primary point of contact ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
Budget & Schedule | Drive financial performance, forecasting, and resource allocation.
Team Management | Lead, mentor, and develop project teams and junior PMs.
Design-Build Collaboration | Partner with in-house designers and architects on constructability and value engineering.
Risk & Quality Control | Manage contracts, scope changes, and project execution to maintain safety and quality standards.

The Successful Applicant
8-12+ years of experience in commercial construction, preferably within design-build delivery.
Proven ability to manage multimillion-dollar projects ($10M-$50M+).
Strong leadership and communication skills with a client-first mindset.
Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, and project scheduling tools.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture preferred.
