Pay : $185,000-$195,000 / year (Permanent W2)

Sign-On Bonus : Offered on a case-by-case basis

Annual Bonus : $4,000

Job Summary : We're currently hiring a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our GI-focused anesthesia care team in Delray Beach, FL. This is a fantastic opportunity for both experienced CRNAs and recent graduates who are passionate about delivering safe, patient-centered care in an outpatient setting.

Responsibilities :

Provide anesthesia services for outpatient GI endoscopy procedures

Conduct thorough pre-procedure assessments

Administer intra-procedural sedation and monitor patient vitals

Coordinate post-procedure recovery and patient transitions

Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to safety standards

Collaborate with endoscopy teams and nursing staff to ensure optimal outcomes

Qualifications :

Active CRNA license (Florida)

Must meet Florida credentialing requirements

GI / Endoscopy experience preferred, but not required

Strong communication and clinical judgment skills
