Supplemental Health Care is hiring Physical Therapists with previous OASIS experience for home health contracts in Elkhart, Indiana and the surrounding areas.

Qualifications :
- Graduate of an accredited PT program.Licensed as a Physical Therapist in Indiana
- CPR Certified or ability to obtain
- Previous experience with Computer Charting6 months of previous Home Health Care experience
- Valid U.S. Driver's License and reliable transportation
