We are looking for an Assistant Project Coordinator to support our project management team and help ensure all client projects are completed smoothly and on schedule.
Job Summary
The Assistant Project Coordinator will assist with day-to-day project activities, organization, and communication between departments. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to grow in a fast-paced creative environment.
Key Responsibilities
Support project managers in planning, scheduling, and organizing tasks
Track project progress and help maintain timelines and deliverables
Communicate updates between teams and ensure information is accurate and current
Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and project documentation
Help manage vendor coordination, purchase orders, and invoices
Organize meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items
Maintain organized files, records, and internal tracking systems
Provide general administrative support to the project management team
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business, Communications, or related field (preferred)
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Strong written and verbal communication
Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
Team-oriented and detail-focused
Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
