Hello Auto is looking for a vibrant Used Vehicle Admin Assistant for our Mazda Temecula location.
Come work in a team environment and help us continue to build the new automotive experience at Hello Auto.
Responsibilities
- Assisting in customer trade in inquiries including curbside purchases and "Service to Sales" customers.
- Appraisal and purchasing of used vehicles.
- Assist Financial Processor with scanning and data entry.
- Greet customers when they arrive.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Experience with CRM and DMS a plus, but not necessary
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent customer service skills
- Solid attention to detail skills
- Positive, friendly attitude and demeanor
- Ability to learn new technology and systems
- Team player
