We are currently seeking a Quality Manager for a client specializing in plastics technology for the automotive industry.

This is a dire-hire role based in Woodstock, AL that requires onsite presence.

PURPOSE :

• The Quality Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing the organization’s Quality Assurance function to ensure compliance with customer and regulatory requirements.
• This role ensures that necessary certifications, including IATF 16949, are obtained, maintained, and continually improved.
• The position manages QA departmental resources, implements and maintains change management processes, and drives Quality Management System compliance using 8D problem-solving methodologies.
• Additionally, the role plans and delivers Quality training to leadership, QA teams, and shop floor employees, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

Apply 8D problem-solving methodology to resolve quality issues and drive continuous improvement.
