Base pay range

$130,000.00 / yr - $140,000.00 / yr

Constellation Search Group is seeking an IT Lead Application Analyst for a full-time direct hire position. The IT Lead Application Analyst will play a pivotal role in shaping, developing, and supporting Microsoft Dynamics CE applications, the Power Platform, and associated integrations, primarily for service. The position will maintain and optimize service systems and processes while driving continuous improvement initiatives and overseeing project-related tasks. Additionally, the role will lead future MS Dynamics Sales CRM discovery and implementations, requiring close collaboration with business stakeholders and IT team members to align with organizational objectives.

Responsibilities :

• Provide day-to-day system and application support, including user setup, management, and training. Troubleshoot and debug system issues.
• Analyze business needs and translate them into technical solutions within Dynamics CE, creating clear and effective reporting based on business requests.
• Optimize system performance, ensure scalability, and suggest improvements to configurations and workflows, facilitating upgrades, patching, and module implementations.
• Partner with stakeholders for seamless integration of Dynamics modules and third-party systems, providing technical leadership and mentoring junior developers.
• Conduct system testing, debugging, and documentation. Assist in the design, development, testing, and deployment of system configuration changes.
• Leverage IT governance processes to ensure proper project definition and control, managing risk through corporate compliance and supporting Agile methodologies.
• Stay up to date with the latest Dynamics CE and Power Platform technologies and best practices.
