An excellent full-time employment opportunity is available for a Board-Certified Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician with Fellowship training or Certificate of Added Qualifications in Geriatric Medicine to serve as Medical Director of a Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) in Mishawaka, Indiana.
