About the Role

• Coordinate and process exit interviews, ensuring accurate documentation and tracking of trends.
• Review and administer Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) and written warnings for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with company policies.
• Serve as a first point of contact for front-line employee and manager questions, escalating issues as needed to senior PBPs.
• Support administrative processes related to employee relations, investigations, and HR policy enforcement.
• Maintain accurate and organized documentation of employee relations cases, performance actions, and other personnel records.
• Assist PBPs with HR program execution, including engagement initiatives, compliance activities, and onboarding / offboarding processes.

Hiring Range : $93,000 - $108,000 USD
