Senior Corporate F&P Analyst

Essential Functions :

• Facilitator of the company’s consolidated financial planning process, working collaboratively and cross functionally with all levels of management to deliver meaningful financial information at a company level encompassing the annual budget and quarterly forecast process and month end analysis of variances.
• Partner with broader organization to drive process and systematic improvements across the Company.
• Design and build sophisticated financial models to supplement Business Unit financial resources.
• Consolidate data, provide analysis, and prepare reports for Management and the Board of Advisors meetings.
• System administrator for the company’s consolidation and financial planning tool.
• Oversee and manage the tracking of capital and ePMO projects.
• Oversee and manage the annual operating budgets of the corporate support functions.

Additional Responsibilities :

• Perform special projects, as requested
• Capital management- support growth of the company while providing appropriate stewardship for all capital expenditures
• Lead initiative to replace / upgrade the company’s consolidation and financial planning tool
• Other duties as needed

Education & experience qualifications :

• years of successful and progressive advancement in Finance and Accounting positions with wide breadth of operational and financial management responsibilities
• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting.
• Experience with international operations preferred
• Displays organizational understanding and relationship building skills
• Must demonstrate analytical prowess, strategic thinking and a command of the details
• Proven ability to deal with conflict, and manage expectations
• Excellent communication skills
• Operating experience in ERP environment (Oracle preferred)
• Experience with consolidation / financial planning systems

Physical requirements :

• Standing, sitting, walking, bending as needed.
• Hearing and vision required to be within normal ranges with or without correction.
• Using proper lifting technique may be required to lift objects up to lbs.
• Required to operate traditional office equipment including computers, copiers, fax machines and telephones.
