Essential Functions :
- Facilitator of the company’s consolidated financial planning process, working collaboratively and cross functionally with all levels of management to deliver meaningful financial information at a company level encompassing the annual budget and quarterly forecast process and month end analysis of variances.
- Partner with broader organization to drive process and systematic improvements across the Company.
- Design and build sophisticated financial models to supplement Business Unit financial resources.
- Consolidate data, provide analysis, and prepare reports for Management and the Board of Advisors meetings.
- System administrator for the company’s consolidation and financial planning tool.
- Oversee and manage the tracking of capital and ePMO projects.
- Oversee and manage the annual operating budgets of the corporate support functions.
Additional Responsibilities :
- Perform special projects, as requested
- Capital management- support growth of the company while providing appropriate stewardship for all capital expenditures
- Lead initiative to replace / upgrade the company’s consolidation and financial planning tool
- Other duties as needed
Education & experience qualifications :
- years of successful and progressive advancement in Finance and Accounting positions with wide breadth of operational and financial management responsibilities
- Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting.
- Experience with international operations preferred
- Displays organizational understanding and relationship building skills
- Must demonstrate analytical prowess, strategic thinking and a command of the details
- Proven ability to deal with conflict, and manage expectations
- Excellent communication skills
- Operating experience in ERP environment (Oracle preferred)
- Experience with consolidation / financial planning systems
Physical requirements :
- Standing, sitting, walking, bending as needed.
- Hearing and vision required to be within normal ranges with or without correction.
- Using proper lifting technique may be required to lift objects up to lbs.
- Required to operate traditional office equipment including computers, copiers, fax machines and telephones.
