Regional Director of Dental Operations – Exciting Career Path

    • Preferred Qualifications (Dental Experience Beneficial, Not Essential) :

  • Strong computer proficiency.
  • Motivation for career advancement.
  • A professional mindset, embracing teamwork and collaboration.
  • Exceptional analytical and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, coupled with a cheerful attitude.
  • Sound decision-making abilities with independent work ethic and multitasking capacity.
  • A bachelor’s degree is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Dental experience is welcomed but not required.

    • Key Responsibilities :

  • Collaborate with dental, business, and financial professionals, including executive leadership, to lead and manage teams.
  • Partner with experts to refine operating policies and pursue operational excellence.
  • Mentor and oversee Office Managers and their teams across up to ten dental offices.
  • Monitor compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and HR policies, ensuring smooth adherence.
  • Regularly visit your group of offices to coach, guide, and support staff.
