Our People & Culture team is looking for a knowledgeable, experienced and pragmatic individual to join us as a Senior People Operations Manager. In this role, you'll be handling all people & payroll matters of our Germany based team members, as well as other jurisdictions (where we have local payroll partners), and as many additional exciting people & culture topics and projects as you like!

What you will do as a Senior People Operations Manager

• Employee Lifecycle Management you will oversee onboarding, performance, engagement, and offboarding with operational excellence.
• Global HR Compliance you have a strong understanding of international labor laws and global employment frameworks
• HRIS & Process Automation you know HRIS tools inside out (ideally Factorial) and you are experienced in leveraging HRIS features and data to optimize workflows, improve employee experience, and to support a globally distributed team.
• Culture & Change Leadership you foster inclusive culture, professional development, and mental well-being, while driving organizational development in a fast-paced environment.
• Stakeholder Management & Communication You collaborate and communicate effectively with our leadership and teams to align people strategies with business priorities.
