Licensed Senior Environmental Claims Adjuster

A company is looking for a Senior Environmental Claims Adjuster (Contract).

Key Responsibilities

Adjudicate moderately complex commercial environmental claims, including investigating and analyzing claims

Report on claims trends and developments to management and underwriters

Negotiate settlements and manage claims in litigation to ensure timely resolution and optimal financial outcomes

Required Qualifications

Minimum of five years' experience adjudicating commercial environmental claims, with at least two years involving mold and gasoline storage tank leakage

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree

Licensed Claims Examiner or ability to obtain a license within 120 days

Strong business acumen and understanding of insurance operations

Proficient in MS Office Suite and other business-related software
