Job Role : Mechanical Engineer III

Required Experience : 3+ years

Job Summary :

Seeking an experienced engineer to develop advanced thermal and multi-physics finite element models for battery cells, packs, and BMS subsystems. Collaborate with design teams to optimize thermal management and perform transient thermal / CFD simulations to enhance system performance.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and validate thermal and multi-physics FE models of battery systems.
• Provide design guidance through simulation insights, focusing on fast charging and high-power functions.
• Perform CFD simulations and create reduced order models for system-level studies.
• Collaborate with test labs for data validation and system teams for integrated modeling.
• Develop reusable workflows and implement best practices in thermal modeling.
• Drive CAE tool improvements and explore new analysis techniques.
