RHA Health Services is currently seeking Mental Health Workers for our Family Based Programs.
The Mental Health Worker is a member of a multidisciplinary team and serves as co-team leader, providing both team-delivered and individually delivered therapy and case management services to children and their families in the home and/or community. This role requires flexibility to work hours that align with client needs, including daytime, evening, and/or weekend hours.
We promote strong teamwork and professional growth by offering:
Supervision toward licensure
Training through the Philadelphia Child and Family Therapy Training Center toward Eco-systemic Structural Family Therapy Model certification
A $1,000 stay bonus applied during the first 12 months of employment
Stay Bonus (Full-Time Employees):
$250 after successful completion of 90-day probation
$250 after 6 months of employment
$500 after 12 months of employment
Required Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Sociology, Social Work, Nursing, Rehabilitation, Theology, Anthropology, or another Human Services field.
Work Experience:
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a CASSP (Children & Adolescent Social Service Program) system program.
Required License:
Valid State Driver’s License.
