Job Description

Oversee all phases of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to maintain project schedules and quality standards. Prepare and manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reports. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies throughout project execution. Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, providing updates and addressing concerns as needed. Identify potential project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies. Review project plans, specifications, and contracts to ensure alignment with client expectations. Lead project meetings and foster collaboration among team members to achieve project goals.
