Your Role : As a Technical Support Specialist, you will deliver technical support for DNS, domain transfers, email authorizations, and related issues. Providing exceptional customer support for social media-related concerns will also be part of your responsibilities.
What You'll Be Doing
Deliver high-quality technical support to clients focusing on DNS, domain transfers, and other email-related issues.
Respond to support tickets promptly to ensure timely assistance.Diagnose and resolve customer issues related to our products and services.Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and address complex technical challenges.Customer Support (50%)Customer Engagement
Engage with customers by providing prompt and effective assistance through our internal customer service platform.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.Look for ways to add value to customers in every interaction.Product KnowledgeStay updated on our products and services to offer accurate information to customers.
Possess a solid understanding of how site builders function.Social MediaAssist in social media content creation.
Manage and review social media content for quality.Qualifications and Requirements
1-2 years of experience in technical support or customer support, ideally within a BPO environment.Strong knowledge or experience in DNS is essential.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially in conveying technical information to non-technical users.Experience with Front, Dialpad, or similar tools is highly preferred.Familiarity with Canva for social media management is a plus.Experience using ticketing tools to resolve client issues.In-depth knowledge of Google Business Profile is valuable.Experience with Notion, Asana, or other related technologies is beneficial.Knowledge of site builders is preferred.Benefits and Perks
