Overview
GovCIO is excited to announce an opportunity for a Lead Computer Systems Analyst with an active Secret clearance. This position is a fully remote role.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with both business and technology teams to gather and assess system requirements, including program functions, output requirements, input data acquisition, and control techniques.
- Provide expert guidance in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems that fulfill business needs and technical requirements.
- Utilize your business knowledge to understand customer IT needs and implement appropriate solutions.
- Analyze and design new or modified business information processing systems based on technical and business processes.
- Act as a liaison between systems architects / programmers and users to ensure IT designs meet organizational requirements.
- Document product and service requirements, and create test procedures to confirm user needs are met.
- Engage in testing requirements to verify full traceability and coverage.
- Possess a general understanding of system capabilities without the need for programming skills.
Qualifications
High School diploma with 9+ years of experience as a computer systems analyst or equivalent experience.Active Secret clearance with the ability to obtain or hold DEA suitability.Company Overview

Posted Salary Range
The salary for this position ranges from USD $94,150.00 to USD $126,000.00 per year. Salary may vary based on various individual factors including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, education, experience, and internal equity.
