Our SOW Case Manager is accountable for :

Facilitating and monitoring the IC / RFx / SOW process life cycle and establishing and managing relationships between the Independent Contractors (IC), Service Providers, Engagement Managers, Procurement and other stakeholders to ensure that all processes are executed in a timely manner

Facilitating the IC process lifecycle by connecting with engagement managers to determine appropriate path for engaging talent

Initiating IC evaluation and supplier on-boarding

Reviewing and monitoring request status and progress

Managing the RFx process life cycle to SOW award by engaging with leadership to finalize RFx and determining appropriate path to SOW

Releasing RFx to preferred suppliers based on supplier capabilities matrix and coordinating follow up calls

Facilitating the SOW process lifecycle from creation to project end by monitoring approvals by manager and service provider, creating amendments for changes, tracking PO spend, and monitoring project end date

Ensuring timely submittal of milestone payments, audit for accurate invoicing information and research and resolve supplier payment issues

Essential Skills and Experience :

Proficient in developing professional relationships with clients and suppliers

Excellent communication skills including verbal, written, and listening

Proficient negotiation skills

Ability to prioritize and effectively handle multiple tasks that require detail orientation

Functional PC and internet skills to include MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other internet based web tools
