Job descriptionBoard Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or BCaBA with leadership capability in a clinical setting. Experience in managing clinical teams and delivering effective treatment plans aligned with BACB, state, and payer guidelines. Base Salary : $90,000-$97,000 Center Based Performance Bonus : currently $10,400-$20,800 per year, with potential to build up to $41,600 per year Hybrid work schedules available 25 Paid Days Off 24 / 7 access to 100+ FREE CEUs Up to 26 live CEU events per year, including Clinical Conference Access to five clinical committees and industry-leading professionals Professional development stipend up to $1,000 Comprehensive benefits package and 401(k) match Ethics First — we comply with BACB, state, and payer guidelines and emphasize supervision and family guidance. Clinician Empowerment — clinicians design treatment plans based on client needs and use the full range of expertise and tools.
