POSITION SUMMARY : Primary responsibilities in manufacturing are to drive department and enterprise key initiatives through continuous process improvement, improving customer satisfaction, reducing waste, increasing efficiency, and eliminating variation in manufacturing processes. This role will directly support our milling department, where several large-scale changes are being made to update our processes and standards to the latest modern technology. Candidates should have strong technical aptitude, willingness to learn in a hands-on environment, and a strong bias for action.

COMPENSATION : Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, etc. Your recruiter can share more about the specific compensation package for your preferred role during the hiring process. Successful candidates in this role are expected to earn $77,000 - $119,745 annually.

PROFIT SHARING : In 2025 Andersen has set a profit sharing target of $3,500 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
