Key Responsibilities
Partner with hiring managers to design and execute effective hiring strategies
Source, assess, and hire diverse technical talent across engineering, design, and product teams
Champion the candidate experience by ensuring clarity and timely communication throughout the hiring process
Required Qualifications
BS / BA degree or equivalent practical experience
Business-level fluency in English (written and spoken)
4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in Engineering and Product organizations
Demonstrated success sourcing and closing senior-level technical talent
Consultative, data-informed approach to recruiting
