Job Title : Senior Digital Marketing Specialist

Department : Marketing

Reports to : Vice President of Content Production and Digital Monetization

Position Purpose :

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to take ownership of our organic digital channels and targeted marketing initiatives. This role is hands-on, execution-driven, and central to driving customer engagement, audience growth, and digital revenue opportunities.

You will manage and optimize SEO, email marketing, and web content strategies while collaborating closely with agencies responsible for paid media. The ideal candidate combines technical expertise, creative execution, and a sharp focus on performance and results.

Key Responsibilities :

Digital Strategy and Execution

• Develop and execute SEO strategies to increase organic traffic, keyword rankings, and domain authority.
• Manage the creation, publishing, and optimization of web content to align with marketing campaigns and improve site engagement.
• Design and execute segmented email marketing campaigns, marketing automation journeys, and lead nurturing programs.

Campaign Management and Optimization

Analytics and Reporting

Website Management

Website Product Ownership Support

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Qualifications :

SEO tools (SEMRush, Ahrefs, Moz, or similar)

Culture :

Team members are in the office five days per week, 8am to 5pm at the Scottsdale, AZ headquarters. During live events the company largely travels together to produce and ensure each event is a success. This requires weekend work and long hours.
