Eleven have been retained by a Battery Materials business who are pioneering the next generation of battery technology that is engineered to solve real-world power and decarbonisation challenges.

We’re now seeking a Senior Process  Engineer to take the lead on scaling up the core material production processes.

This a hands-on, on site position, and is central to bridging R&D innovation with commercial readiness. If you thrive on solving complex technical challenges, working with equipment, and seeing your ideas come to life in a real-world environment—we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the design, sourcing, and installation of pilot-scale processes
• Operate, Troubleshoot and resolve process issues
• Translate lab methods into robust pilot plant protocols using real-time data.
• Mentor junior team members on safe, effective engineering practices.
• Create and maintain SOPs, P&IDs, change control, and maintenance logs.
• Lead or support safety reviews (PHA, MOC), ensuring full EHS compliance.
