Key Responsibilities
Develop a comprehensive understanding of contractual terms and product offerings to recommend effective renewal options
Manage and negotiate contract renewals for small to mid-size customers to ensure timely and accurate processing
Collaborate with internal teams to maintain positive customer relationships and track renewal processes
Required Qualifications
2-5 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the SaaS industry
Self-directed with excellent organizational skills
Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
Salesforce experience preferred
