Facilities Coordinator - Contract Role

Beacon Hill's client in Lakewood, CO is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to support and coordinate a small team of multi-skilled operatives. This role involves close collaboration with client stakeholders, landlords, managing agents, and facilities vendors to ensure smooth operations and timely task completion.

Key responsibilities include :

• Coordinate and monitor performance of a small team of facilities operatives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, landlords, and vendors.
• Assist in managing on-site contractors and ensure service standards are met.
• Support vendor procurement and service acquisition processes.
• Handle financial tasks including purchase orders, accrual reports, and finance tracking.
• Conduct site inspections, audits, and enforce safety and building procedures.
• Implement property risk management and best practice operations.
• Maintain premises in clean and functional condition.
• Support disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
• Follow escalation and incident reporting procedures.
• Assist in preparing management reports and achieving KPIs and SLAs.
