Required skills and requirements :
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience leading marketing agencies
- 3+ years of leadership experience with a passion for nurturing talent and helping them grow.
- Exceptional Strategic Planning skills knowing how to create and implement strategic agency growth plans that lead to business expansion.
Ability to analyze the market, identify growth opportunities, and set clear objectives.
- Innate talent in streamlining operations, improving efficiency, and scaling business.
- Solid understanding of financial management, including forecasting, analysis, budgeting, managing the P&L, and resource allocation.
- Strong client relationship development skills. Skilled in understanding client needs, ensuring quality service delivery, and maintaining those relationships to drive growth and retention.
- Tech-savvy and knowledgeable in digital marketing platforms, analytics tools, and emerging trends.
