Senior Marketing Manager – Requirements & Qualifications :
7–10 years of progressive marketing experience with premium consumer brandsProven success implementing global marketing strategies in a local Americas contextStrong background in omnichannel marketing : retail / trade, digital, social media, PR, and advertisingExperience collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, eCommerce, Product, and OperationsStrong commercial acumen, data-driven mindset, and strategic thinking skillsProficiency in Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint)Exceptional written and verbal communication skillsIndependent, innovative, collaborative, and purpose-driven professional approachSenior Marketing Manager – Must Haves
Manage and execute the Americas marketing strategy for the Feeding category, aligned with global prioritiesLead 360° campaigns including major product launches and evergreen initiativesTranslate consumer insights into actionable marketing initiatives and content developmentOversee product assortment and distribution strategy from a marketing perspectiveTrack and analyze KPIs (ROI, awareness, traffic, conversion) to optimize performancePartner with creative, product, and digital teams to ensure cohesive brand storytellingSenior Marketing Manager – Preferred Background & Skills
Experience working in the HOME or lifestyle consumer products sectorPrior work with premium, design-led, or global brandsFamiliarity with consumer behavior analytics platformsStrong presentation and storytelling ability to influence senior stakeholdersExperience leading teams or mentoring junior marketersBilingual or multilingual skills a plus
