Architect and Design : Define system architecture for complaints handling workflows, ensuring scalability and fault tolerance. Design microservices and APIs for complaint intake, tracking, and resolution. Development : Build and maintain full-stack applications using Python (Django / Flask / FastAPI) for backend andReact / Angular for frontend.
