Security Guard - Telecom Patrol Driver

As a Security Guard - Telecom Patrol Driver in Albuquerque, NM, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech / Media / Telecom, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal in a dynamic tech and media location, you will actively monitor and patrol assigned areas to help deter security-related incidents and maintain a welcoming environment. You will be responsible for conducting routine patrols, remaining visible as a reassuring presence, and delivering exceptional customer service through clear communication. This is a driving post, so you will play a key role in maintaining a seamless experience throughout the site while upholding our values of teamwork, integrity, and putting people first.

What You'll Do :
- Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
- Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
- Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
- Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
- Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities :
Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and / or emergency response activities as directed by Allied Universal.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following instructions and protocols specific to the location.Conduct regular and random patrols around the facilities and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify any irregularities, adapting to the unique environment of tech, media, and telecom locations.Observe and report any unusual activity or potential security-related threats within the premises, documenting findings as required by Allied Universal and client protocols.Assist visitors, staff, and / or vendors by providing guidance and enforcing security-related policies relevant to the location.Assist with access control and monitor entrances and exits to help to deter unauthorized entry, as required by site-specific procedures.Support emergency response efforts by directing individuals, communicating with first responders, and following established emergency protocols for the tech, media, and telecom environment.What We're Looking For :

Must have at least 6 months of security-related experience.Must be at least 21 years of age.A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.Access control and / or badge experience is preferred.Customer service experience is preferred.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.Why Join Us :
