Job Description

As a Security Guard - Retail Mall Patrol in Albuquerque, NM , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail / Malls, and more.

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a retail or mall location, you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting regular patrols and maintaining a visible presence. Your role includes engaging with visitors, providing outstanding customer service, and supporting a positive atmosphere. Guided by our values of agility, reliability, and teamwork, you will play a key part in fostering a welcoming environment while upholding integrity in every interaction.

What You'll Do :

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
