Regional Sales Director – Mid South (Atlanta, Memphis, Nashville)
Base pay : $200,000.00 / yr (plus bonus and commissions). Remote work from Kestra’s main offices, with up to 50% domestic travel.

Role Summary
As Regional Sales Director, you will secure new business and independently manage a sales area and team of Territory Representatives, leading sales strategy, coaching, and performance management.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Meet and exceed assigned revenue targets on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
- Plan, organize and implement regional sales programs and execute Kestra’s Strategic Plan.
- Analyze and report on regional trends, and assess Territory Representatives to improve performance.
- Lead, motivate and inspire the team through positive leadership examples.
- Hire, develop, coach and retain high‑performing Territory Representatives.
- Field presence averages 60% (three business days per week).
- Build and maintain relationships with key accounts throughout the region.
- Consistently meet or exceed regional performance objectives, including order counts, booked revenue quotas and profit.
- Control discounts and expenses to contribute to profitability.

Bachelor’s degree required.Minimum 5 years of proven medical equipment sales management experience.Strong business acumen and sales model coaching experience (e.g., Challenger Sale, SPIN Selling).Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Valid driver’s license and good driving record in the state of residence.Ability to work remotely and superordinate hospital system credentialing (vaccination status, background check, drug screening, HIPAA, bloodborne pathogens, etc.).MUST reside in the assigned region and achieve credentialing for hospital system entry.Preferred
Knowledge of MS Office and MS Teams.SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Directly supervise Territory Managers, conduct performance reviews, provide feedback and set professional development goals.WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Fast‑paced field role, noise level typical of clinical settings. Extended hours when needed.Frequent computer use, phone and other business machine use, occasional bending and stooping.Ability to lift up to 40 pounds unassisted from vehicle and in and out of vehicle.TRAVEL
