Role Description

The E-Commerce & Digital Sales Operations Associate will be responsible for managing day-to-day e-commerce activities to ensure a seamless customer experience and efficient backend operations. This role sits at the intersection of Shopify site management, order processing, customer service, and operational coordination , helping drive online sales and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Website & Shopify Management
• Maintain and update product listings, inventory, and content on Shopify
• Monitor website performance, troubleshoot issues, and liaise with developers or agencies when needed
• Order Fulfillment & Customer Service
• Oversee daily order processing, shipping, and returns
• Provide responsive and professional customer service across channels (email, social, etc.)
• Track and resolve customer inquiries, ensuring a premium brand experience
• Digital Sales Operations
• Support promotional campaigns, product launches, and newsletter drops
• Coordinate with marketing to ensure online assets and promotions go live on time
• Monitor sales performance, KPIs, and report on trends
• Operational Support
• Manage administrative tasks tied to e-commerce operations
• Maintain accurate product data and pricing
• Support cross-functional projects (logistics, stock transfers, reporting, etc.)
