Salary : $24 / Hour

• ?? Behavior Technician - Empower Students Every Day Are you ready to bring your experience and passion into a role that truly matters? Amergis is seeking experienced Behavior Technicians to join our school-based teams in Glendale, Burbank, Pasadena, and across Los Angeles County.

If you have 1-2 years of hands-on experience in ABA, behavior therapy, or interventionist work, this is your opportunity to make a lasting impact in the lives of students with special needs-while growing in a role that values your expertise.

Pay Range : $24-$27 / hour (based on experience)

Schedule : Monday-Friday, 8 : 00 AM to 2 : 00 PM

Location : School sites in Glendale, Burbank, Pasadena, and throughout LA County

Deliver direct support to students with behavioral and developmental needs in classroom settings

Implement individualized education and behavior intervention plans

Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and behavioral specialists to ensure consistent, high-quality support

Promote a calm, inclusive, and structured learning environment

Reinforce positive behaviors and support students' social-emotional development

High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred : 1-2 years of experience in ABA, behavior therapy, or interventionist roles

Must be at least 18 years old

Must meet all federal, state, and local employment requirements
