• ?? Compensation & Schedule

Pay Range : $24-$27 / hour (based on experience)

Schedule : Monday-Friday, 8 : 00 AM to 2 : 00 PM

Provide direct support to students with behavioral and developmental needs in classroom settings

Implement and assist with individualized learning and behavior plans

Collaborate closely with teachers, school staff, and behavioral specialists

Help foster a calm, consistent, and inclusive classroom environment

Encourage and reinforce positive behaviors and social-emotional growth

High school diploma or equivalent

1-2 years of pediatric experience (preferred)

1-2 years of ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) experience (preferred)

Must be at least 18 years of age

Must meet all federal, state, and local employment requirements

Competitive hourly pay with weekly direct deposit

Consistent school-based schedule-no nights or weekends
