Your Role

Responsibilities

Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other documents under senior guidance.

Assist in case preparation for hearings, trials, mediations, and depositions.

Maintain client communication, providing updates and addressing concerns.

Manage discovery processes, including document reviews and responses.

Represent clients in court for routine motions and hearings, often with oversight.

Advise clients on legal rights, obligations, and risks, ensuring compliance.

Collaborate with team members to execute strategies and meet objectives.

Meet billable hour targets efficiently.

Attend CLEs and stay updated on legal trends.

Contribute to firm initiatives, demonstrating commitment to firm goals.

Qualifications

1-10 years of legal experience, preferably in civil litigation.

Strong understanding of relevant laws, especially automotive liability.

JD from an accredited school; admitted to practice in FL.

Exceptional organizational, communication, and time-management skills.

Discretion, strong work ethic, and team spirit.
