Software Development Team Lead

A company is looking for a Team Lead, Software Development.

Key Responsibilities

Lead a small team of developers, providing coaching and support

Collaborate with product, design, and QA to plan and release features

Define and improve team processes for estimation, sprint planning, and delivery

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience as a software developer

1+ years of experience in a management role

Experience as a Senior Developer or Staff Developer with mentoring exposure

Familiarity with cloud-native SaaS applications (AWS, React, Node.js, GraphQL preferred)

Track record of building and managing high-performing engineering teams
