We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, with a proven history of achieving results.
Salary: $66,000-$70,000 plus a competitive bonus structure
Sales Manager Responsibilities
Generate qualified leads by effectively communicating the community’s value through local outreach, public relations, advertising coordination, direct mail, and other marketing efforts.
Accurately maintain the Community’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database by collecting and entering information about new inquiries, as well as recording consistent and appropriate follow-up communications with both new and active inquiries and prospective residents.
Follow up on all leads in a timely manner and document all interactions in the CRM system.
Respond promptly to all inquiries while offering guidance and support.
Conduct walk-in and scheduled tours for prospective residents and their families.
Close sales to meet company goals.
Sales Manager Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
Minimum of two years of sales experience in the senior living industry.
A proven track record of generating and closing a high percentage of qualified leads is preferred.
Working knowledge of computers, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
