Job Title : Mechanical Project Manager (PM)

Location : Denver, CO

Salary : $85,000 - $130,000

Experience Level : 5+ years

Overview

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Mechanical Project Manager (PM) with a background in HVAC and plumbing systems. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience and is eager to take on a more managerial role. This opportunity is also open to Project Engineers who are ready to transition into a Project Management position. You will start with smaller-scale projects and have the opportunity to grow into managing larger projects as your experience and responsibilities evolve.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Management : Oversee and manage HVAC and plumbing projects from start to finish, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Client Interaction : Maintain clear and open communication with clients, ensuring expectations are met and resolving any issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
• Team Coordination : Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure all project deliverables are achieved efficiently and effectively.
• Budget & Scheduling : Assist in project budgeting, cost tracking, and scheduling, ensuring that projects stay on track financially and timeline-wise.
• Design & Engineering Support : Provide support for design and engineering teams during the implementation of HVAC and plumbing solutions.
• Safety & Compliance : Ensure that all projects are completed in compliance with relevant safety standards, building codes, and regulations.
